Self-Hypnosis and relaxation workshop

An opportunity to learn enjoyable and effective Self-Hypnosis and deep relaxation techniques in a safe and friendly environment.

You will master the ability to use Self-Hypnosis to enter into deep relaxation, release anxiety and stress, improve sleep and your general wellbeing you will take away easy to use techniques to be used to improve your daily life.

A one hour deep relaxation C.D is also provided at no extra cost!

New Confidence and Motivation Workshop

Through this workshop you will learn to clear away those self limiting beliefs, clear unnecessary outdated emotions and boost your self confidence, positive self talk, personal wellbeing and access greater motivation to make the positive changes in your life.

Each workshop lasts approximately two hours. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and comfortable, but always professional. Everybody is guaranteed to benefit.The workshop group will be a minimum of 4 people and no more than 8 people in total.

Workshops are held on most Saturdays between 2pm and 4 pm.
